Hello, Calgary.

Subtle Hint Flavour Company’s namesake is… it’s namesake.

Built the only way I know how: the same way you build flavour; layer by layer, with intention. From the dish pit at Luciano’s Italian Restaurant when I was 14, through notable Calgarian kitchens, butcher shops, and a even a run on MasterChef Canada, every stop added something to the recipe.

That approach enabled me to become a head butcher, a culinary director and an Executive chef. Every burger smashed, every gastrique reduced, every baby mint leaf tweezered onto a panna cotta has been in the pursuit to build something complete.

Subtle Hint Flavour Company comes from that idea. Every part needs to matter in order to make something taste great.
